About me & contact details

I am a jewellery creator from Guernsey, Channel Islands. I love making new jewellery from a mix of reclaimed, vintage, recycled and new beads. I also use resources such as sea glass, shell and stone from the local beaches to make unique and original creations. I send my husband and daughter collecting sea glass for me, this helps to try and clean our lovely beaches and you can have beautiful jewellery too! I take my inspiration from the beautiful island I am lucky enough to live on and hope to reflect the stunning surroundings in my own small way.

The word argentchier means jeweller or metal worker in our own Guernsey language called Guernesiais which is a form of Norman French. It is an ancient language which was dying out but there are people learning all the time so it can be saved.

All my products use materials that are as hypoallergenic as possible, and all reclaimed and vintage beads go through a process of sanitising before re-use.

Please note that while I try to reproduce the colour of my products faithfully for screens there may be slight variation due to individual settings and different types of screens.
